AiNoter is built around a simple library: folders, favorites, and search.

Folders

  • Create folders by workflow (e.g. AI Coding, Support, Writing).
  • Keep your most-used folders at the top for faster Quick Access numbering.

Favorites

  • Star prompts you use daily.
  • Use Favorites as a “daily toolkit” list.
  • Use short, descriptive titles so search works instantly.
  • Prefer consistent naming patterns (e.g. PR Review — Strict, CI — Root Cause, Support — Bug Report).

Suggested structure

  • 2–5 folders max to start
  • 10–30 prompts total
  • Refine titles and move common prompts to Favorites
