Hotkeys & Quick Access

AiNoter is designed for keyboard workflows: prompt hotkeys + Quick Access.

Prompt hotkeys (per prompt)

• Assign a hotkey to copy a specific prompt instantly.
• Keep hotkeys for the prompts you use most frequently.
• If a hotkey doesn’t work, check for conflicts with macOS / other apps.

Quick Access window

• Set a dedicated hotkey to open Quick Access from anywhere.
• Quick Access shows a numbered list (folders and prompts).

Copy by numbers

Example: 2 1

• 2 → select folder #2
• 1 → copy prompt #1 inside that folder

Tips:

• Put your main workflows in the first folders.
• Keep 5–10 top prompts near the top of each folder.
